Refund & Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

At Silent Chains Disc Golf, all products are sold AS IS. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason, including:

  • Buyer remorse
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Changes of mind
  • Color, stamp, or cosmetic variations (unless specifically guaranteed in the product listing)
  • Flight characteristics or performance after use

Please review all product descriptions, photos, and specifications carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at silentchainsdg@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review your claim and, if the issue is determined to be our error or shipping damage, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Used Products

Products that have been thrown, used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Manufacturer Defects

Any manufacturer defects are subject to the manufacturer's warranty and policies. Silent Chains Disc Golf cannot guarantee manufacturer warranty coverage.
