Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During product launches, sales, holidays, or tournaments, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

We ship using trusted carriers, including:

• USPS
• UPS
• FedEx

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Time

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are outside of our control.

Tracking Information

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

Silent Chains Disc Golf is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

If your package is lost or delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. We will gladly assist by providing any shipping information needed to help with your claim.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged packaging
• Photos of the damaged product

We will review the situation and work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

At this time, Silent Chains Disc Golf ships within the United States only.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated.
